Performs other duties not <br /> &eoty.statad ba{ow,as instructed by sit har the Manager or Assistant Manager. <br /> Employment Qualifications <br /> • Commitment to excellence at all levels of service. <br /> • Automotive and retail experience. <br /> skills <br /> J best pens <br /> I.aUUu ior IfiT�i.ii�iCativi 1 SiCiva and u;wca�personality. <br /> ■ Clean and neat appearance. <br /> Principle Responsibilities and Duties <br /> Employee Relations <br /> • Works to maintain a team effort of quality customer service. <br /> Customer Relations/Business D-eve-loo neat <br /> Greets customers and completes work orders. <br /> • Explains the SpeeDee programs, services, and pricing structure in order to <br /> achieve high customer satisfaction and increased sales. <br /> Shop Operations <br /> • Maintains spot'.ess upper and lower bay areas. <br /> • Follows all appropriate safety procedures and notifies Manager of any safety <br /> hazard or equipment repairs needed. <br /> • Assists in taking Inventory. <br /> • Keeps inventory items stocked. <br /> • Performs preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment. <br /> • Controls tools assigned to a particular area. <br /> • Confonns to the standards and procedures prescribed by the SpeeDee Daily <br /> Operations Manuai and other manua(s. <br /> Section X—Page 9 <br /> Daily Operations Manual-3/03 <br />
