Most conditions above do not apply. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(b)(1-6)-- Independent, qualified professional engineer's inspection for the <br /> presence of the following after installation: <br /> 1) Weld breaks; <br /> 2) Punctures; <br /> 3) Cracks; <br /> 4) Corrosion; <br /> 5) Other structural damage or inadequate construction or installation. <br /> Comments: <br /> The Professional Engineer has confirmed that the integrity of the AST at this facility has not been <br /> compromised by any of the above-mentioned conditions. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(d)--All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness <br /> rior to being laced in use. <br /> Comments: <br /> The tank has been tested for tightness and leak. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(e)--Ancillary equipment shall be supported and protected against physical <br /> damage and excessive stress due to settlement, vibration, expansion or contraction. <br /> Comments: <br /> All ancillary equipment is supported and protected as required. <br /> Page 3 of 6 <br />
