Penske, Tracy, Joaquin, CA 95376 <br /> Waste Antifreeze Assessment Report <br /> Hazardous Characteristics-NFPA Code—Health (1), Fire (2), Reactivity(0), Specific Hazard(None) <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(9)--Independent, qualified professional engineer's inspection of the <br /> system for the following; <br /> (A)Weld cracks or breaks <br /> (B) Scrapes of protective coatings <br /> (C) Corrosion <br /> (D)Any structural damage or inadequacy construction or installation cracks,punctures <br /> damaged fittings. All discrepancies shall be documented in the assessment and remedied before the <br /> tank system is placed in use. <br /> Comments: <br /> The Professional Engineer has confirmed that the integrity of the AST at this facility has not been <br /> compromised by any of the above-mentioned conditions. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(10)--All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness <br /> prior to being placed in use. The results of the test(s) shall be documented in this assessment. <br /> Comments: <br /> N/A. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(11)--Estimated remaining service life of the tank system based on <br /> findings of subsections k(1) through k(10). <br /> Comments: <br /> Based on visual inspection, the appears to be generally in good condition and is estimated to have <br /> estimated remaining life of 10 years. <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
