All discrepancies shall be documented in the assessment and remedied before the <br /> tank system is placed in use. <br /> Comments: <br /> The Professional Engineer has confirmed that the integrity of the AST at this facility has not been <br /> compromised by any of the above-mentioned conditions. <br /> Title 22 CCR, 66265.192(k)(10)--All new tanks and ancillary equipment shall be tested for tightness <br /> prior to being placed in use.
