All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Pool hours are not visible from pool area. Post with large letters so that it is fully visible to residents. <br /> Correct,today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535)Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole,gate, or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Rest room supplies(toilet paper and paper towels)are available but not from wall dispensers. Manager <br /> stated that due to COVID-19 rest rooms are not available to residents.When they re-open, supplies shall be from wall <br /> dispensers. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean:showers,toilets, dressing <br /> facilities, drinking fountains,diaper-changing stations, floors, walls,partitions, doors, and lockers. Showers(except outside)shall be <br /> provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue,hand soap, and paper towels or hot air blowers in <br /> permanently installed dispensers.Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. Wooden slats, <br /> duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. (CCR 65535, 65551)Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and cold water faucets. <br /> Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110*F. (CBC 31168) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Skimmers lack check valves.This is a repeat violation. Other valves and install by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br /> maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 31366) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Pump has a gauge. Reading is not accurate. Install an influent gauge on top of filter or on line before <br /> water goes into filter. Correct by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
