SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> JT AUTOCARE& SMOG 2305 S AIRPORT WAY, STOCKTON June 25, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f)Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. <br /> In the backyard area: <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum containing used oil had a hazardous waste label missing the name and address of <br /> the generator, hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, and contents. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing used antifreeze was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing non-crushed/punctured used oil filters was missing a hazardous waste <br /> label. <br /> -One 30 gallon aluminum trash can containing paper filters was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 5 gallon aluminum trash can containing oily absorbent was missing a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), and accumulation start date. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
