Concord Station <br /> Address: 1550 Solano Way, Concord, CA <br /> Maintain an up-to-date copy of this record in the facility files, and send a copy to the Orange ERS <br /> office whenever updated. <br /> 1. Job Description <br /> The personnel listed in Section 3 of this form have been assigned duties and responsibilities <br /> relative to hazardous waste and/or hazardous waste handling which include the following: <br /> • Ensure that all hazardous wastes are properly stored and labeled. <br /> • Properly package and store hazardous waste containers in an approved Hazardous Waste or <br /> Satellite Accumulation Area. <br /> • Manage the handling and documentation of waste records. <br /> • Perform and document weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas. <br /> 2. Training Requirements-Be sure to document all trainings. <br /> Annual training requirements for employees assigned as indicated in Section 3 are as follows: <br /> • Review Facility RCRA Contingency Plan on EHSDS. <br /> • Review Kinder Morgan Managing Hazardous Waste On-Site document on EHSDS. <br /> • Complete Hazwoper training. <br /> • Attend classroom hazardous waste training &/or have on-the-job training of facility waste <br /> management procedures by experienced personnel. <br /> • Review Waste Training slide presentation if unable to attend classroom waste training. <br /> 3.
