• Whitewater Rescue Institute — Basic Swift water Rescue, Swift water Spill Response and <br /> Recovery Techniques and Motorized Jet Boat Operations <br /> Due to the nature of our business,many Patriot employees also have additional training and experience in <br /> the National Incident Management System/Incident Command System/OSHA specific oil and hazardous <br /> material spill response including(but not limited to): ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, First Responder Awareness <br /> Level, First Responder Operations Level, First Responder Technician/ Specialist Level and On-Scene <br /> Incident Commander Level. <br /> The appropriate refresher training is provided as required or as provided by regulation for equivalent <br /> work experience or equivalent training. Scheduled periodic equipment or site-specific <br /> training/familiarization is performed as needed or during exercises or actual responses. <br /> EQUIPMENT INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE <br /> Patriot Environmental Services utilizes a monthly/quarterly inspection and/or preventative maintenance <br /> program to periodically inspect and/or operate skimmers, vessels, storage and booming systems that are <br /> not utilized in Patriot's day to day operations or deployed during an actual response. As required by <br /> California DFW-OSPR,US Coast Guard and the US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, a <br /> Use/Inspection/Maintenance log is maintained for each major OSRO response resource (Vessels, Booms, <br /> Skimmers and Storage). For vehicles, Patriot's Fleet Manager maintains our preventative maintenance <br /> and repair program and records in accordance with Federal and State DOT requirements.
