Releases of additives or other chemicals that exceed the RQ for one or more hazardous <br /> substances must be notified to the NRC within 15 minutes of the release. <br /> For spills to land, see Section 2.2 for additonal instructions for Federal and State Agency Notifications. <br /> NOTE: THERE SHOULD BE NO SPECULATION ABOUT THE SOURCE OR CAUSE OF AN INCIDENT.
