5.0 Response Planning Version :27.10.4 <br /> 5.3 SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> Site Safety Plans (SSP) are required by OSHA (29 CFR 1910.120(b)(4)) for all hazardous <br /> waste operations. The SSP should address all on-site operations and hazardous as well as <br /> on-site emergency procedures. A template for use in producing an SSP is provided in <br /> Appendix H. <br /> The SSP is typically prepared by the Safety Officer and approved by the Incident <br /> Commander or the Unified Command.
