6.0 Impact Considerations Version :27.10.4 <br /> Vulnerability Analysis <br /> The vulnerability analysis addresses the potential effects (i.e., to human health, property, or <br /> the environment) of an oil spill originating from the Facility. <br /> This Section provides general guidance to the responder for "Spill Impact Considerations", <br /> addressing response options for many of the specific sensitivities detailed below. <br /> The area potentially affected by a spill originating from the Facility has a number of <br /> characteristics which require consideration in the event of a discharge. <br /> . The Facility is located in an Industrial Area of Stockton, CA and adjacent to a U.S. <br /> Naval Reservation. <br /> . The Facility is located on the south bank of the San Joaquin River. <br /> • Drainage from the Facility travels south - southwest. <br /> Water Intakes <br /> The San Joaquin River is located just north of the Facility. In the event of a discharge with <br /> impact to the river there are various downstream irrigation water intakes which may be <br /> potentially impacted; contact information, and exact locations to these for the most part is not <br /> readily accessible. Facility with coordinate with local, state and federal agencies to assist in <br /> notifying responsible parties. <br /> Schools <br /> Miscellaneous primary and secondary schools are located to the north and east of the <br /> Facility. <br /> Any evacuation efforts for these schools will be coordinated with the local emergency <br /> assistance agencies (police department, fire department, etc.). <br /> The following schools, due to marine operations, may be impacted heavily due to a release <br /> that impacts San Joaquin River. <br /> Name Address ESM ID <br /> San Joaquin Building Futures 3100 Monte Diablo Ave, Stockton, CA 56 <br /> Academy 95203 <br /> Medical Facilities <br /> Miscellaneous medical facilities (primarily hospitals) are located within the Stockton City <br /> Limits.
