A.Response Resources Version :27.10.4 <br /> A.3 VOLUNTEERS <br /> Volunteers will not be utilized by the Company for the response operations. All volunteers will <br /> be referred to the State or Federal On-Scene Coordinator. <br /> A.4 EXPERTS AND CONSULTANTS <br /> The Company maintains a relationship with various environmental and technical consultants <br /> that can provide support in the event of an emergency incident.
