B.Worst Case Discharge Analysis and Scenarios Version:27.10.4 <br /> 13.2 RESPONSE PLANNING VOLUME CALCULATIONS <br /> Assumptions and factors are provided in 40 CFR 112 and Appendix C to 33 CFR Part 154 <br /> for Worst Case Discharge resources and removal capacity planning determination. This <br /> information is summarized in the table entitled "EPA/USCG Tables for Worst Case <br /> Discharge Response Resources Determination and Removal Capacity Planning". <br /> Response planning volume calculations were developed using the largest Worst Case <br /> Discharge for each of the oil groups. These calculations are summarized herein.
