D.Evacuation Plan Version :27.10.4 <br /> DA EVACUATION <br /> This evacuation plan shall be implemented in the event of an incident which requires the <br /> evacuation of one or more areas of the Facility. <br /> The primary responsibility of the Incident Commander is to account for all employees and <br /> visitors in the emergency area. <br /> Evacuation Planning <br /> The primary evacuation routes were developed with the following factors taken into <br /> consideration: <br /> Location of stored materials; <br /> Hazard imposed by spilled material; <br /> Spill flow direction; <br /> Prevailing wind direction and speed; <br /> Water currents, tides, or wave conditions (if applicable); <br /> Arrival route of emergency response personnel and response equipment; <br /> Evacuation routes; <br /> ,! Alternative routes of evacuation; <br /> Transportation of injured personnel to nearest emergency medical facility; <br /> ,!
