Elements of this Plan will be exercised at least amlually, and the entire Plan exercised once every 3 years . <br /> h . Plan Holder staff and employees will be trained in the use of this Plan . <br /> IQ The Plan will be periodically reviewed and updated as required, and will be re - submitted to OSPR every 5 years <br /> from the date of approval . <br /> J .
