Patri <br /> M <br /> OSRO RESPONSE CONTRACTOR CERTIFICATION <br /> This document certifies that Patriot Environmental Services ( Patriot ) has a Master Services <br /> Agreement and Retainer Agreement for provision of oil spill response resources with Shell <br /> Pipeline Company and Shell Oil Products US .
