THE USED ABSORBENT WE PUT IN THE USED KITTY LITTER, WE WILL DISPOSE OF IT AS HAZARDOUS WASTE, ONCE ITS FULL. Violation 301: Do you have the invoice for the selling of the engines and transmission? Can you also sent me a picture of where you kept the used absorbent (kitty litter)? The picture provided looks like new absorbent. I WILL SEND THE INVOICE COPY ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY OF THE CORE ENGINE , MY BROTHER HAS IT I HAVE SENT THE PICTURE OF USED (KITTY LITTR) SEE ATTACHMENT Violation 303: What about the garage that was found in the secondary containment, I observed empty bottles and paper in the secondary containment what happened to those items? Also can you provide a statement or picture of which 55 gallon drum you placed the used oil. Also what was used to clean the inside of the secondary containment? Did you use shop towels or used absorbent or water? THE GARBAGE AND USED BOTTLE AND PAPER IN THE SECONDARY CONTAINMANT WAS SOAKED IN KITTY LITTER AND DUMPED IN THE CRUSHED CARS, AND THE OIL FOR THE SECONDARY CONTAINMENT WAS ALL PLACE IN SHOP 1A 55 GALLON DRUMS AND HAULED AWAY, AND WE USED KITTTY LITTER TO CLEAN THE SECONDARY CONTAINMENT IN PUT IN THE WASTE KITTY LITTER BOX. Violation 403: can you provide a picture of each lid mentioned in the violation: there should be a total of Eight new lids for the 55 gallon drums with used oil and Four new lids for the 55 gallon drums with waste antifreeze. SHOP 2 HAS ONLY 2 55 GALLON OIL AND 1 55 GALLON ANTIFREEZE ( SEE PIC SHOP 2) SHOP 1 HAS 4 55 GALLON USDED OIL AND 2 55 GALLON ANTIFREEZE( SEE PIC SHOP 1) 2 SMALL TEMPORRAY OIL 20 GALLON IN SHOP 2 ONLY. LABELED USED OIL THE 55 GALLON THAT WAS IN THE CRUSHER AREA IS NO LONGER IN USE, WE PUT THE USED OIL IN THE SHOP 2 55 GALLON AND HAULED AWAY. THE BARREL IS CUT OPEN AND USED FOR TRASH Violation 605: Based on the photos it appears the hazardous waste labels are filled out incorrectly. Some are missing hazardous properties and have no accumulation start dates. Others simply state oil in the contents portion, it should state used oil or waste antifreeze depending on the contents. If you are in doubt about what hazardous property to check, then check "toxic". I TOOK PUCTURE OF THE LABELS PLEASE SEE PIC.
