Good morning John, <br />I've been working with Watts for the oil and oil filter disposal, to get the information you guys require us to have. <br />Attached are my conversations with them and the files they have sent me. Will this suffice for you or do I need to push <br />them to get more information? If this is not what you need which I'm pretty sure it's not. How do I word this to get them <br />to understand what I need? Because they are not sending me the information I requested, which they may not have. In <br />that case is there anything 1 can do to clear this on our end. Also do you happen to know of a vendor who is doing this <br />properly? So maybe we can switch our services and stop using watts and start using the company that's doing it <br />correctly.
