Along with all test results for violation 102 and any manifests that go with anything that came back as a hazardous waste. We tested(#1)waste powder, (#2)nine 5 gallon buckets containing oily water, (#3)three blue drums, (#4,#5)open tray 4x4, one metal garbage can"same as 4x4 tray", (#6) liquid going into stonn drain, (#7) "sanders dust"Two open 10-gallon buckets capture powder discharge, (#8)paint booth filters, (#10) sand blasting media. Included as well is two letters from cardinal a general letter regarding the powder and hazardous properties ans a fish bio test they had performed on series of powder products Non-hazardous waste streams -(#1)The waste powder test results only show high in barium all other results are under the limits. The manufacture has stated that the barium in powder is barium sulfate which was delisted federally from the barium compounds category in 1992, as well we ran an STLC on the powder waste and it came back well below the California limits to be considered non-hazardous. -(44,45)The burn-off ash also received an STLC test and all results are well under the California limits to be considered non-hazardous. -(#6)The storm drain test results show nothing over the limits to make it a hazardous waste -(#8)The paint booth filters received an STLC test and all results are well under the California limits to be considered non-hazardous. -(#10)The sand blast media was tested and came back as non-hazardous waste Hazardous waste streams -(#2)The oily buckets have been shipped out as used oil and the manifest is included -(#3)The three blue drums have been shipped out as Non-RCRA and the manifest is included -(#7) The two 10-gallon open buckets have been set-up to where it is a closed system. The powder has been shipped out as hazardous waste and the manifest is included.As well as the pictures of this being a closed system now.
