7) The captured sanding waste is being disposed of as non-RCRA hazardous waste. I did not see any TCLP test results for
chromium (250 mg/kg). Was chromium tested for TCLP?
8) The paint booth filters showed a TTLC of 10,000 mg/Kg.This number is high enough to make the filters a non-RCRA
hazardous waste without STLC testing. I also did not see any TCLP testing performed for Barium. Please explain why the
waste was categorized as non-hazardous. If the waste has already been disposed of, please submit the disposal record
to the EHD.
9) The red 5 gallon bucket was properly labeled. OK
10) The results show that the sand blast media is non-hazardous. OK.
Note: One of the manifests for violation 102 was not legible. Please send it again. This can be done via email.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-3147
Fax: (209)468-3433
Please note, my email address has changed to ialanizl@sigov.org.
2
