The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PREMIER FINISHING as of June 27, 2019. <br /> Open violations from January 15, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #602 -Stored satellite accumulated waste on site longer than one year or 90 days after fill date. <br /> The following containers were observed without an accumulation start date: <br /> -One yellow 55 gallon steel drum containing sandblast waste was located outside of the sandblast equipment <br /> building. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the paint drying area. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the new maintenance area. <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets containing hazardous waste from the treatment system were located in the treatment area. <br /> Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 90 days after the container was filled, or a total <br /> of one year, whichever comes first Since it cannot be determined how long this waste has been stored on site, <br /> immediately mark this container with today's date and contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest within 90 days. <br /> Violation#603 - Failed to mark initial accumulation start date on satellite containers. <br /> The following containers were observed without an initial accumulation start date: <br /> -One yellow 55 gallon steel drum containing sandblast waste was located outside of the sandblast equipment <br /> building. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the paint drying area. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the new maintenance area. <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets containing hazardous waste from the treatment system were located in the treatment area. <br /> Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 90 days after the container was filled, or a total <br /> of one year, whichever comes first Since it cannot be determined how long this waste has been stored on site, <br /> immediately mark this container with today's date and contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest within 90 days. <br /> Violation #605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The following containers were observed with an incomplete hazardous label: <br /> -One yellow 55 gallon steel drum containing sandblast waste was located outside of sandblast equipment building <br /> with a hazardous waste label missing the: contents, hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, and <br /> the name and address of the generator. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the paint drying area without a hazardous waste label. <br /> This label was corrected on site. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket containing metal fines was located in the new maintenance area with a hazardous waste label <br /> missing the: hazardous property, physical state, accumulation start date, and the name and address of the <br /> generator. This label was corrected on site. <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets containing hazardous waste from the treatment system were located in the treatment area <br /> without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon bucket labeled "oily paint waste"was located in the hazardous waste storage area and had a <br /> smeared hazardous waste label that was illegible. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
