Violation #113—Failed to keep copies of consolidate manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> This violation will be corrected by : 07-20-2020 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation:Observation 1: We failed to have Used <br /> Oil picked up by American Valley Waste Oil, Inc. for the years 2018 & 2019. Do to the amount of Used <br /> Oil we Recovered not being significant enough for American Valley Waste Oil's equipment to suction <br /> into there containers. Had this issue do to the our cut in spending for inventory. During this 2 past <br /> we limited our company on how manygppliances we take in, Only burg product we know we are <br /> going to be able to repair and resale. This resulted on less appliances being recycled. This year we have <br /> a shortage of appliances, so we are buying more witch results on more appliances being Recycled. Do <br /> to COVID -19 our business has had to adapt to being able to work on a larger variety f Mpliances, <br /> witch results on more waste build up. We will be more on top of things now, making sure that we are <br /> on time with our Inventory pick ups and paper work is filled and kept for at least 3 years. <br /> Violation #119 —Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS). <br /> This violation was corrected on: 07-23-20 <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: We have register for the CERS system <br /> and will be reporting MRSH material generated by our company as soon as we start removing MRSH <br /> material from the appliances again. <br /> Violation #801- Failure to obtain Certified Appliance Recycler certification (CAR). <br /> This Violation will be corrected: In 3-5 months. Ones all our Permits are in order. <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: We are waiting on just our Business <br /> License to come in, so we can send it with the rest of our application for the CAR license. We had a <br /> partner change on 6-01-2020 and have been trying to get all the Permits and Licenses change under the <br /> new Partnership,but with all the COVID -19 regulations and limitations we are struggling to do this in <br /> a timely manner. For our Business License we need a new Planing Application submitted to the cit. <br /> That will take 3-5 months to get approved. Ones this is approved we will submit our CAR application. <br />
