The Board's authority for <br /> investigation and cleanup is found under various titles and resolutions of California <br /> Water Code and Health and Safety Code. Questions concerning these rules should be <br /> directed to Mr. Michael Mosbacher of Board Staff at (916) 361-5600. <br /> Per correspondence dated 23 June 1992 from PHS/EHD to your office, completion of <br /> the "Site Mitigation Acknowledgment/Request for Services" form with California Military <br /> Department as the responsible party will decrease time required to process oversight <br /> activities should a change in contractor occur in the future.
