We would like to start work, because that is lots to do at this <br /> site, and our financial personnel are asking why funds aren't being spent for <br /> this project. We have also funding this site for additional investigation, <br /> including wells for 2006 funding. <br /> I also wanted to let you know we have funded work at the Stockton CSMS to <br /> remove the paint waste, but will be waiting for spring to start work after <br /> the rainy season. I have also funded five borings at the Stockton AASF down <br /> gradient from the 20,000 gallon tanks. URS Inc. is looking to have a draft <br /> sampling plan out in January 2007, if all goes well. <br /> We are trying to make progress at our Stockton complex as you can see.
