The letter <br /> contained a review by your office on the Preliminary Assessment/site Investigation Update <br /> Report for our California Army National Guard (CA ARNG) facilities located in Stockton CA. <br /> Following guidance in the October 21, 2005 letter from your office the following changes have <br /> been made to the Preliminary Assessment/site Investigation Update Report: <br /> • Page 8 Section 3.2, paragraph 4 the phrase"or actionable concentrations of heavy <br /> metals, in the sample"was changed to; "or concentrations of heavy metals that <br /> exceeded the USEPA Region 9 Preliminary Remediation Goals (PRGs) for direct <br /> contact exposure pathway for industrial soil". <br /> • Page 9, Section 3.3,paragraph 3 &4 the phrase"below actionable levels" was changed <br /> to; "did not exceed the USEPA Region 9 Preliminary Remediation('goals(PRGs) for <br /> direct contact exposure pathway for industrial soil". <br /> • Page 10, Section 3.3 the discussion of the bluish-white powder was moved and <br /> incorporated in to Section 3.2. <br /> • Page 11, Section 4.2, paragraph 4 the phrase "actionable concentrations of heavy metals <br /> in the sample"was changed to; "did not detect concentrations of heavy metals that <br /> exceeded the USEPA Region 9 PRGs for direct contact exposure pathway for industrial <br /> soil."The edit of this paragraph moved paragraph 4 onto page 12. <br />
