Comment Do 011het Comments: 775 776 777 Personnel Qualifications 778 All personnel mobilized to the site will meet applicable Occupational Safety and Health 779 Administration (OSHA) training requirements including hazardous waste operations and 780 emergency response (HAZWOPER) training and medical surveillance requirements as specified 781 in the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP). Personnel will be 782 required to complete the DoD's Operations Security Awareness for Military Members, DoD 783 Employees, and Contractors and Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training. Additionally, all 784 AECOM employees that will be performing field work will take an internal PFAS sampling 785 guidance training. 786 Permits and Notifications 787 Utility clearance will be conducted by CAARNG with input from the AECOM field team or by a 788 private utility location company if CAARNG cannot provide clearance. A minimum of two weeks 789 to coordinate the clearance will be required. AECOM or its drilling subcontractor will contact 790 California 811, the local one -call utility location system. AECOM and the drilling subcontractor will 791 participate in a Stockton AASF orientation prior to initiating work, if required.
