Personnel will be <br />782 required to complete the DoD's Operations Security Awareness for Military Members, DoD <br />783 Employees, and Contractors and Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness Training. Additionally, all <br />784 AECOM employees that will be performing field work will take an internal PFAS sampling <br />785 guidance training. <br />786 Permits and Notifications <br />787 Utility clearance will be conducted by CAARNG with input from the AECOM field team or by a <br />788 private utility location company if CAARNG cannot provide clearance. A minimum of two weeks <br />789 to coordinate the clearance will be required. AECOM or its drilling subcontractor will contact <br />790 California 811, the local one -call utility location system. AECOM and the drilling subcontractor will <br />791 participate in a Stockton AASF orientation prior to initiating work, if required. The determination of <br />792 the orientation requirement will be made after final intrusive investigation locations are <br />793 determined. AECOM will also contact the ARNG Environmental Manager at least five business <br />794 days prior to the scheduled start of the field activities. A site walk will be scheduled with the <br />795 appropriate ARNG personnel to mark out locations of the subsurface utilities. As a precaution, the <br />796 first 5 feet of each boring will be pre -cleared using hand tools (e.g., post -hole diggers, augers, <br />AECOM QAPP Worksheet #17 <br />Page 3 of 10 <br />
