Site Inspection UFP-QAPP Addendum <br />Stockton AASF, Stockton, California <br />QAPP Worksheet #9: Technical Project Planning Session <br />Summary <br />This worksheet serves as a record of future Technical Project Planning (TPP) sessions. The intent <br />is to provide a concise record of participants, key decisions or agreements reached, and action <br />items. Minutes will be approved by all participants prior to being implemented into the QAPP <br />Addendum (TPP Meeting Minutes, Appendix A). <br />AECOM will implement the TPP process as listed in Engineer Manual 200-1-2 (USACE, 2016) <br />including facility meetings in a professional and organized manner to obtain consensus on specific <br />Data Quality Objectives (DQOs) for SI work. Three meetings will be held (in person and/ or <br />teleconference) per the Performance Work Statement as described below: <br />• TPP Meeting 1 - Discuss DQOs (pre -work plan) and CSM <br />• TPP Meeting 2 - Finalize work plan technical approach <br />• TPP Meeting 3 - Verify all data gaps have been filled and finalize SI Report <br />AECOM QAPP Worksheet #9 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
