Site Inspection UFP-QAPP Addendum <br />Stockton AASF, Stockton, California <br />AOI 3 Butler Building Parkinq FTA <br />AOI 3 is a former Fire Training Area (FTA) at what is now the parking area located east of the <br />Butler Building. Controlled AFFF releases through fire training activities have occurred annually, <br />potentially as early as 1992, until approximately 2010 to 2012, when the Butler Building was <br />constructed. <br />Ground -disturbing activities at AOI 3 have occurred. During the construction of the Butler Building, <br />the soil beneath and in the vicinity of the parking lot was disturbed, and the area was regraded. <br />The original soil was either left in place or used to fill in a depression west of the road next to the <br />Butler Building.
