CA ARNG Field Quality Assurance Project Plan
objectives of the investigation. In general, data are presented according to sampling location, analytical ;
method, parameter, and/or matrix. All data are reported with data quality flags assigned during data
review, and units are specified. Commonly used reporting formats are catalogued and used repeatedly.
10.2.2 Custom table formats may be developed to support interpretation of the investigative data. The
format depends on how the results are expected to be used, such as all samples collected from a site, for a
particular analytical method, or other designated subset.
10.2.3 The data collected for CA ARNG will also be provided in a format compatible with the current
electronic data management system (EDMS) requirements. The EDMS data management system is
designed to accommodate all types of data collected for investigation type programs. Specific codes and
data forms have been developed to allow consistent and efficient input.
10.2.4 All CA ARNG data collected in the field will be submitted in the standard electronic data
deliverable (EDD) format. The data exchange protocol requirements are provided in the attachment of
the QAPP. The information includes all required technical data such as site information, well
characteristics, hydrogeologic, geologic, and physical and chemical analysis results.
field QAPP.DOC 10-2 May 2000
