One 40 gallon plastic drum labeled as"Waste Non-RCRA liquid Ds"was missing the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of the generator, contents/composition, and hazardous properties. One 40 <br /> gallon plastic drum labeled as"Waste oxidizing liquid"was missing the words"Hazardous Waste", name and <br /> address of the generator, and contents/composition. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Inspection report was amended on 10/4/19 to correct an error in a manifest number listed in the comments <br /> section of violation#110 and #111. The amended report replaces the initial inspection report. Complete and <br /> submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br /> corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 <br /> days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
