The secondary containment tank was <br /> cleaned out by George W. Lowry on 11-26-19. They provided the cleaning materials and disposed of them along with <br /> other materials as reported on the invoice. (Reference Document was provided for item #601) <br /> -Violation 403: The 55 gallon drums were addressed. However,the 5 gallon buckets mentioned in the violation were not <br /> mentioned and the oil pan mentioned in the violations was not addressed. (attached photo of oil pan to <br /> email). Employees instructed to clean pans and buckets after use. Do not allow liquids to remain in pans, and dispose <br /> of cleaning rags in the dirty rag bucket. Filters and other contaminated parts are not to be left in 5 gallon buckets, but <br /> are to be transferred to appropriate recycling containers, or cleaned before disposal if not to be sent to the recycling <br /> center. Cleaning materials, rags, etc., are to be disposed of properly immediately after cleaning contaminated <br /> parts. (see attached photos) <br /> -Violation 605: Photo provided for one 55 gallon drum with used antifreeze is missing hazardous properties.The 5 gallon <br /> buckets were not addressed,the oil pan were not addressed. Hazardous waste label photo for non-RCRA hazardous <br /> waste solid is missing hazardous properties. Have a question did you have all hazardous waste on-site removed by <br /> George Lowry? Antifreeze is disposed of by American Valley (Reference Document was provided for item#601). <br /> The original 55 gallon drum for antifreeze was replace with a new one which includes new labels. Employees have been <br /> instructed to not allow accumulation of liquids/solids in the 5 gallon buckets. Buckets used to catch drips are to be <br /> checked and cleaned daily if a drip occurs. If service valves drip,they are to be repaired or replaced. Oil drain pans are <br /> to be emptied immediately, cleaned, and stored. Drain pans are not to be left "sitting around"waiting to be emptied <br /> later. (see attached photos) <br /> -Violation 608: What happened to the one used metal oil filter found on top of one 55 gallon used antifreeze <br /> drum?
