Immediately stop the disposal <br /> of the dried powder coating waste and, make a hazardous waste determination for the dried powder coating waste, <br /> and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by June 23, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). A hazardous waste generator shall not <br /> treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your <br /> business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous <br /> waste, then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. All others must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web <br /> site https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/for the form to apply for an ID number. <br /> Immediately obtain an ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD.
