7. Conclusion 7.1 Acknowledgment HAZARDOUS WASDEA TRAINING ACKNOWLEDGMENT r COMPLETION Select all of the checkhoxes below to acknowledge that you were trained on the following: Failure to execute the procedures outlined in the Hazardeus Waste Management Program may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment with HD Supply. I will not directly or indirectly dispose of Hazardous Materials by: Placing it in a municipal trash dumpster or compactor Pouring it down a drain of any sort Pouring it onto the ground Any other means that is not detailed in the Hazardous Waste Management Program I will set up,inspect,and maintain the Hazardous Waste Central Accumulation Area and all Satellite Accumulation Areas at my location in accordance with the Hazardous Waste Management program. I will coordinate with the HD Supplyapproved third-party waste hauler to properly manage the hazardous waste pick-up process at my location, and I will maintain documents related towaste pick-ups end disposal for the(Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests)required time frame. I will contact the EHS Department with any questions pertaining to the management and disposal of Hazardous Waste.
