Castle & Co. located at 1625 Tillie <br /> Lewis Drive, Stockton California. Below please find our investigation and corrective actions as they <br /> pertain to Item #104, 303, 601, and 605: <br /> Item #104- CCR 66262.34 (d) (2) No modified contingency plan <br /> Corrective Action(s): <br /> • The updated plant site map was submitted into the CERS system and accepted June 3, 2019. <br /> Item #303-CCR 66262.34(d) (2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill <br /> control, or decontamination equipment <br /> Corrective Action(s): <br /> • The spill containment area was cleaned and readily available to all employees. Please see <br /> attached pictures. <br /> Item #601-CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste on-site greater than 180 days <br /> Corrective Action(s): <br /> • The (insert description) hazardous waste was shipped off-site June 4, 2019 via Ramos <br /> Environmental Services. Please see attached waste manifest. <br /> Item #605-CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous <br /> waste <br /> Corrective Action(s): <br /> • The poly tote and drums were properly labeled with required hazardous waste labels.
