Someone in my corporate environmental health department was able to find the attached flowchart; however, I noticed that it specifies for non-RCRA or exempt hazardous waste facilities conducting onsite treatment. Is there a similar flowchart for small/large quantity generators? In addition, I finally received the November Inspection results from Ms. Ekker, and on the first page of the Investigation Report under Regulatory Status, it states "Generator(LQG or SQG status is under review by CUPA)". Please advise on the status of this review, and anything I can do to bring resolution to it.
