We still have some work to do
(particularly modifying existing company SOPS to site specific capabilities), and will present a near finalized version to
you for review. Ryan is very proactive, and may reach out to you with questions (if he hasn't already).
Please see attached for the all 2018 and 2019 manifests. Let me know if you need any more information.
Thank you for your time,
Alexander Reynon
Thatcher Company,Inc.
Plant Manager
Stockton,CA
Cell:209-471-5815
Office:209-983-8298
0
CHEM
From:John Alaniz [EH] <jalanizl@sjcehd.com>
Sent:Thursday, February 21, 2019 9:51 AM
To:Alex Reynon <Alex.Reynon @tchem.com>
Subject: RE: 2/20 Correspondence: Insite Tiered Permitting and Generator Status
Hi Alex,
We would also need to know the container size(s),the rinsing process, what you are doing with the rinsate, and the
chemicals being rinsed out of the containers.
The waste treatment permit status would not be affected by generator status.
Currently you are a large generator (25-50 tons)for our department. If you provide all of the 2018 and 2019 disposal
records to me, I can do a generator determination and move you to a lower permit status. We would need to see all
disposal records regarding hazardous waste (uniform manifests, consolidated manifests, bills of lading...)
Thank You,
John Alaniz
i
