State Water Resources Control Board, was going to be <br /> activated. <br /> On January 2, 2008, you filed a claim application to the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup <br /> .Fund (Fund or USTCF) seeking a permit waiver pursuant to the criteria established in Assembly <br /> Bill 1437.
