You were also informed that the necessity <br /> for further investigation at your.site would be evaluated as additional data is obtained. <br /> You are currently out of compliance with regulatory directives for failing to continue with <br /> routine quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling at your contaminated UST site. <br /> You are directed to inform the EHD within 14 days of the date of this letter that <br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling activities have been scheduled to.be performed at <br /> your site, and to have-them completed prior to the end of March 2008. A Report of the <br /> work, including conclusions and recommendations for additional assessment is due for <br /> submittal to the EHD within 60 days following completion of the fieldwork.
