I spoke with our representative from World Oil and he explained that manifest of 018237869JJK was not signed because the driver arrived at the shop, but did not pick anything up. He instead came back on 1/26/18 to pick up which corresponds to manifest 018233766JJK of which I provided a signed copy. If I need to adjust anything or if you need anything additional feel free to let me know. Thank you!
