We would like to know
the exact scope of what you would be doing and we will be able to schedule after your response. We would also like the
final report or documents so that we can file them in case we need to show any other inspectors in the future of your
findings.
Thank you,
From: John Alaniz [EH] [mailto:jalanizl@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Thursday, January 31, 2019 10:09 AM
To: Sareyvoth Srey; Daniel McIntyre
Cc: Billy Dayon
Subject: RE: Return To Compliance Certification - CERS#10184601_LKQ-Keystone_2041 Navy Drive; Stockton, CA
(Email #2)
Hi Sareyvoth,
Thank you. The plan
lists phones, fire extinguishers... at a coded location. The map does not decode that. The map does not have all of the
equipment listed in the plan. There does need something describing where each item is located.
Violation 116: CLOSED
Violation 117: CLOSED
Violation 403: CLOSED
Violation 605: CLOSED
2
