To determine the integrity of a tank/storage vessel a <br /> static leak test was conducted. The following is the procedure for completing the <br /> test. <br /> The subject tank was filled with liquid and all the input and output ports are turned <br /> off to prevent unaccounted for changes to the liquid level. The liquid level is <br /> measured at the beginning of the test period and the end of the test period.
