Substance was <br /> clear and non viscous. Sample was Ph neutral and was negative on oxidizer test. Sample <br /> was scanned with portable FT-IR and came back as water,no other substances or <br /> contaminates detected.No hazards found,drum was emptied on site. <br /> End of Report <br /> Page: 2 Printed: 07/02/2020 12:04:15 <br />
