Here's my update: <br /> The 55 Gal drum without a label and containing 3 to 4 inches of oily water and an absorbent pad has a start date of <br /> 3/19/19. Rob Gabriel and Will Cockrell started it when the cleaned up after the rain around our drum storage area. The <br /> drum is now labeled with the correct start date as oil debris. <br /> We have the daily storage tank area inspection in place for over 30 days now. <br /> Carmen at DTSC requested information on 5/2 and I replied back the same day.
