The used antifreeze tank is now labeled with a hazardous waste label with the accumulation date. #502 Tank Inspection/Assessment has been difficult to attain. Clean Harbors came out, but they didn't send the right person. Clean Harbors said they would sub the work out and we are working with them to get this completed. We asked Safety Kleen about picking it up. They told us they would bring a barrel for used oil absorbent pads and to transfer the contents into the new barrel for removal. Safety Kleen has not delivered the barrel as of 4/29 and we are following up with them. The 55 Gal drum without a label and containing 3 to 4 inches of oily water and an absorbent pad has a start date of 3/19/19. Covered the new procedure with all the employees who are responsible for hazardous waste handling as listed in item 118. Added a file box to hold the bill of lading for 3 years and readily available for inspection.
