Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste . <br /> This is a repeat violation , Class II . <br /> 501 CCR 66262 . 34 (f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks . <br /> The accumulation start date for the used oil tank was incorrect. Records show that there was a pickup after the <br /> 1 /24/2019 listed date . <br /> The used antifreeze tank was observed with a hazardous waste tank label missing the words " Hazardous Waste" <br /> and the accumulation start date . <br /> All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words " Hazardous Waste " and the accumulation start date . <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information . <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 502 CCR 66265 . 192 (x) Failed to comply with new hazardous waste tank system assessment requirements . <br /> Facility does not have a tank assessment for the used oil tank and the 150 gallon used antifreeze tank . The owner <br /> or operator of a hazardous waste tank shall obtain a written assessment reviewed and certified by an independent , <br /> qualified , professional engineer, registered in California attesting that the system has sufficient structural integrity, is <br /> acceptable for the transferring , storing , and treating of hazardous waste , and that the tanks and containment system <br /> are suitably designed . Immediately have an assessment prepared for the used oil tank and the 150 gallon used <br /> antifreeze tank .
