Maintaining Native Ve eta <br /> Existing vegetation around the perimeter of the development will be maintained in its native <br /> condition. No clearing, grading, stockpiling, storage, or development will occur in these areas. <br /> Outdoor Storage <br /> There will be no outdoor storage of hazardous chemicals, fertilizer, pesticides, or herbicides <br /> anywhere on the site. <br /> Clean wooden pallets and baled cardboard may be stored outside.
