. ' Architecture
Engineering An Employee-Owned Company
Environ menta I Stormwater Management Report
. Land Surveying
Companies
Summary
The stormwater management system has been designed to safely collect, treat, convey, and
improve the quality of the runoff being discharged from the site. Computer modeling of the
proposed systems have demonstrated a reduction in post-development peak rates and volumes of
runoff to below pre-development levels. With proper annual maintenance the bioretention system,
catch basins, manhole, and trench drain should operate as anticipated.
The proposed development will reduce the volume of stormwater running off the site to levels
lower than pre-construction. The proposed drainage network will safely convey the runoff from
the site as required per San Joaquin County Final Stormwater Quality Control Criteria Plan
(SWQCCP).
This report has been prepared to compliment the submitted project plans as well as to represent
the technical basis for the designs presented herein. In consideration of the overall project, we
conclude that all technical concerns and design parameters set forth by the San Joaquin County
and State of California have been met.
220 Norwood Park South,Suite 201 • Norwood,MA 02062 • T(781)619-9500 • F(203)630-2615• www.blcompanies.com
8
