Business has only been at this address for a few <br /> months. <br /> REGULATION: Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all disposal receipts for the last three years, maintain them on <br /> site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System(CERS)for the hazardous waste <br /> program has not been made. <br /> REGULATION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately create a CERS account and make the required submittals.
