Highway 99, Stockton, CA on 8/28/2019 <br /> -Per Ronald Barber,the 18 drums of hazardous waste observed on site during the inspection were transferred from <br /> customer locations(1005 E. Oak Street, Stockton, CA)to the yard at 4460 S. Highway 99, Stockton, CA. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator who transports, or offers for transport a hazardous <br /> waste for off-site transfer,treatment, storage, or disposal shall prepare a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest(OMB <br /> Control number 2050-0039)on EPA Form 8700-22, and, if necessary, a Continuation Sheet on EPA Form 8700- <br /> 22A, according to the instructions included in the Appendix to chapter 12 of this division before the waste is <br /> transported off-site. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: When required by California Health &Safety Code and Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations, ensure that an Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest is prepared each time to transport hazardous <br /> waste from this facility for off-site transfer, treatment, storage or disposal. Provide a corrective action statement and <br /> any supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Electronic <br /> Reporting System (CERS)website. The business activities that was submitted on 11/18/2019 says'no'on the <br /> question, "Does your facility generate Hazardous Waste?" Hazardous waste was observed on site during the <br /> inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br /> website. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br /> CERS website.
