SAN - JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> - 0U U .I <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> V T AUTO REPAIR 540 N GRANT ST STOCKTON August 14 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item # Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Two 55 gallon drums full of used oil, one 5 gallon container of used oil filters (metal and paper) and <br /> one 3 gallon oil drainer device were not labeled as hazardous waste. <br /> REGULATION: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the <br /> required information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br /> will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by September 16, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br /> Waste streams: used oil, used oil filters <br /> Tio stated that used oil filters are taken to O'Reillys Auto Parts, 1440 E Harding Way, Stockton.
