Three plastic garbage bags containing paint booth filters <br /> 2. Two 5-gallon plastic open containers of full of liquid with solvent smell <br /> 3. One pint container of clear, soft solid, strong solvent smell waste was found in a garbage can for regular trash. <br /> Operator Barry Vlught stated the waste is"clear coat'. Barry removed it from the trash container, covered the <br /> container and labeled it as hazardous waste. <br /> 4. Eight 5-gallon buckets of building paint stored in a room next to the paint booth. <br /> 5. Four boxes of 20 inch paint booth filters. Box dimensions are approximately 5 x 2 x 2 feet. <br /> 6. Seven large lamps, approximately 5 inches long and 2 inches wide. <br /> REGULATION: Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately <br /> make a hazardous waste determination for the above listed items, and manage it according to Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations for hazardous waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> Provide disposal records for all wastes.
